Kids Hospital Xmas

KIDS HOSPITAL CHRISTMAS

It’s no fun to be a sick child in the hospital at Christmas. The Maine State Troopers Foundation provides funding to assist the Maine State Police in providing a Merry Christmas by purchasing Christmas gifts for children hospitalized during Christmas at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor and at the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital in Portland.

Troopers and their wives and significant others shop for Christmas presents, and we hear that some of our rugged Maine Troopers even wrap the presents themselves. We’re still looking for a pic of a trooper armed with Scotch tape and kiddie Christmas wrapping paper!
