The Maine State Police and the Maine State Troopers Foundation are very interested in obtaining vintage photos and/or other memorabilia of the Maine State Police to add to our historical archive and to include in the Maine State Police Museum. We want to preserve the rich heritage of our law enforcement past.
1. If you have vintage Maine State Police photos that you would like to share with us, the Maine State Troopers Foundation can arrange to have your photos scanned and returned to you, if you have a large photo collection.
2. Alternatively, if you wish to donate your original vintage state police photos to us, since the Maine State Troopers Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, we may be able to provide you with a Donation Acknowledgement letter for your photos for you to use as a tax exemption.
